• liaison between Property Management, Accounting, Site and Executive staff ensuring required information is being distributed
• liaison between tenant, landlord and contractors
• preparing, editing, reviewing, amending legal documents including but not limited to leases, amending agreements, assignments, surrender agreements and offers to lease
• working closely with solicitors representing the tenants and in some cases the landlord
• reviewing documents and subsequent amendments to same which are prepared by landlord's solicitor ensuring accuracy and completeness
• negotiating terms and conditions of legal agreements with tenants and/or their solicitors
• reviewing documents, prior to their execution by the Landlord, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• preparing lease summaries
• tracking tenant deposits (i.e. being held by solicitor, agent or landlord) and ensuring accounting staff are aware
• drafting documents as precedents
• assist with lease review for due diligence
• Prepare Estoppel Certificates as required
• Other projects as assigned by Lease Documentation Manager, SVP, Real Estate Operations or the Executive VP

Requirements:
• Minimum of five (5) years experience negotiating
Salary & Benefits:
$50,000 to $65,000 plus bonus
