Provide CAM recovery rates for new tenants, based on reviews and interpretation of charge-out provisions of tenant leases.
Calculate tenant allocations based on approved budgets and reconcile with actuals.
Provides information to Lease Administration for the purpose of updating databases, as necessary.
Responds to queries from Property Managers and provides clarification and/or supporting documentation, as necessary.
Identifies and resolves discrepancies in reporting pertaining to recoveries.
Calculates and recommends general journal entries as applicable.
Updates and maintains recovery files.
Works closely with Property Accountants and Lease Administrators to ensure proper maintenance of files and documents.
Prepare annual recovery budgets for a portfolio of properties.
Provides information to Property Accountants and Property Managers for annual budget process and quarterly reforecast preparation.
Review leases with respect to tenant disputes, and offers an opinion to the Director, CAM Recoveries regarding the legitimacy of the tenants complaint.
Performs other duties, as assigned.

Salary & Benefits:
$55,000 to $75,000 plus bonus
