Big congratulations are in order for the TheRedPin.com! Not only did the one-stop condo destination for brand new and pre-construction condos across the GTA launch its new website last week, it was also included amongst the finalists for the annual Inman Innovator Awards.
The RedPin was nominated in the category of Most Innovative Real Estate Startup, which comes as no real surprise. Rokham Fard and the team behind TheRedPin have just introduced themselves as Canada’s first online brokerage.
It’s a big deal. The new TheRedPin.com Realty introduces over 50 new features that make home buying from the comforts of home very real and very simple. Along with the ability to search through all GTA’s floor plans, 10+ years of real estate investment stats, 6,000+ schools with ratings and 100,000+ local businesses, buyers have the opportunity for things like VIP and pre-sell deals and one per cent cash-back bonuses.
For real estate developers, it’s another medium to get your projects out there. And one more reason to make sure you’re sharing as much relevant information about a project as you can. The more robust your information, the more TheRedPin brokerage can talk about your offering, and ultimately, hopefully help you sell it.
It’s another emerging example in which buyers are no longer reliant on realtors for privy information and special deals.
TheRedPin.com Realty is leveraging its strong relationship with builders to create savings for homebuyers. Potential homeowners can look forward to access to significantly better units, at significantly better prices across a number of projects in the GTA. The company is also offering 1% of the price of your home price as cash back* through its TheRedPin Rebate Program.
What’s more, the services are free of charge.
My advice if you’re unfamiliar with TheRedPin? Get to know it. It’s another Toronto-based company certainly busy doing some interesting things that all of us in the real estate industry can learn from. Personally, I can’t wait to see where these guys will be in another six months.
Lastly, big ups to all of the finalists at the Innovator Awards. All were selected based on the way they’re helping to redefine the real estate search experience, and included a series of mobile real estate search apps across a variety of smartphone and tablet platforms, enterprise-wide brokerage technology platforms, and tools designed to improve online interactions with customers and prospective customers. Very cool.
