The ISCI Congress is held once in two years. The first ISCI congress was organised in Korea in 2004, the second followed in Oxford, London in 2006, and the third time was held in Adelaide in Australia in February 2008. With China’s growing into the world’s largest country for producing and utilizing solar water heater, Dezhou has successfully bid for the 4th world solar city conference in 2010.
