Artis ends strategic review, negotiates $520M in new credit facilities

Artis REIT management says it has concluded a 16-month strategic review of the trust after $1.1 billion of property dispositions - which has made a significant dent in its debt - and securing $520 million of new senior debt facilities.

 

Jadco acquires Galeries Laval shopping centre from Fonds FTQ

Jadco Group has spent $126 million to purchase Galeries Laval, a 591,000-square-foot shopping mall in the Greater Montreal city of Laval. It is the second-largest shopping centre transaction in the province during 2024.
