Namit Bhasvar has been appointed as vice-president, leasing and marketing, for the residential division at Toronto-based GWL Realty Advisors.
With 18 years of experience across the real estate and hospitality sectors, Bhasvar brings a strong background in sales, marketing and portfolio growth. He is known for building high-performing teams, fostering strong partnerships, and delivering results through collaboration and innovation.
Bhasvar spent almost four years at Hazelview Investments, first as regional director of sales and marketing and then as senior director of sales and marketing. Previously, among other roles he also spent time with InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt Hotels and AccorHotels in a variety of marketing managerial positions.
In his new role, Bhasver will lead residential leasing and marketing strategies, helping drive GWL Realty Advisors' strategies for growth in the multiresidential space.
