Vancouver developer Townline, in partnership with Canderel and QuadReal, has broken ground on its mixed-use Luxe project in Richmond, B.C., that includes three residential towers totalling 363 homes and a 12-storey class-AAA strata office tower.
The office markets in Canada’s major cities aren’t as buoyant as during pre-pandemic days, but are still doing relatively well in comparison to those in other countries.
