ABOUT RENX
The Real Estate News Exchange (RENX) is an online service that provides news, information and commentary about the Canadian built environment.
RENX is for anyone with an interest in the Canadian property industry and related topics. It is particularly suitable as a source of information for real estate professionals.
All RENX publications are free to its readers and supported primarily by advertising. It is RENX goal to offer any size of business an opportunity to promote its services and products through RENX.
News is published on the RENX website and it is also delivered to the desktop of industry professionals in electronic newsletters. Its newsletters are a premier source of news for Canadian real estate executives.
Since its inception in 2001 RENX core business has been publication of electronic newsletters that summarize online news that is of concern to Canadian real estate professionals.
In 2011 RENX launched two (2) new lines of business:
Property Biz Canada, a weekly online publication comprised entirely of original RENX content with a focus on public and private property companies.
The Better Buildings Breakfast in Ottawa, a series of events that provide an educational and networking opportunity for professionals involved sustainable buildings.
RENX is proud to have been an entirely on-line news service since 2001. We intend to continue to make sustainability a central theme in our content and a high priority for our business operations.
Active in the social media, RENX has a Twitter account, a Facebook page and a company listing on LinkedIn.
RENX EMAIL NEWSLETTERS
RENX newsletters provide a summary of online news about the Canadian built environment derived from traditional news sources such as the Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Financial Post and other CanWest Global publications as well as trade publications, blogs and news sources resulting from extensive online searches.
The newsletters are an assembly of news articles that incorporate headlines, descriptions, website links and stock quotes prioritized by individuals with expertise in the real estate industry.
RENX publishes three (3) newsletters and will be introducing a fourth in 2012.

RENX launched Property Biz Canada to fill a void in the news market. There is currently no other regularly published news service dedicated to property on a National scale in Canada.

ABOUT THE BETTER BUILDING BREAKFAST SERIES IN OTTAWA
The Better Buildings Breakfast Series in Ottawa is hosted by RENX in collaboration with the Cushman and Wakefield Ottawa Green Real Estate Practice Group
The Breakfasts are educational and networking events for professionals engaged or interested in greening the built environment. They are an opportunity to share knowledge and build the capacity of the real estate industry to deliver sustainable building products and services.
Building owners, tenants, managers, property investors, real estate professionals and anyone else engaged in establishing and maintaining sustainable building strategies, products and services will benefit from learning from the experts and sharing ideas with their peers.
Anyone with a keen interest in Canadian real estate and greening the built environment is encouraged and welcome to attend.
Since the fall of 2010, there have been five breakfasts, three of which had sell-out attendance and two that had extensive media coverage.
