Interest in property news has grown with the introduction of securitized real estate products over the past 20 years, a trend that is expected to continue. This is particularly the case with REITs, which were first established in Canada in 1993 and now there are over thirty. Real estate securities have become a popular choice for investors seeking both yield and stability.
As Canada’s premier online news service for the Canadian real estate professionals with over 8,500 subscribers RENX is uniquely positioned to start immediate delivery of this publication.
Executives in the real estate investment community and professionals in the commercial real estate industry view Property Biz Canada as a must read, and a valuable information resource.
