Bhavi has a wealth of investing experience in flex space projects, giving him a deep understanding of the asset class and the development process.
Prior to starting his own development company, Bhavi honed his skills in a variety of industries, including software development, telecom direct sales and health-care business management.
He holds an undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.
