Brent Hudson is a Valuation Manager for Research and Advisory Services (Income) at MPAC. Brent leads a team of appraisers and technical experts who provide support across all business portfolios, from single-property valuations to comprehensive technical solutions for the entire income portfolio. He has led a team of experts in developing and operationalizing systems within MPAC, including the information request portal within MPAC AboutMyProperty. With more than 15 years of experience at MPAC, Brent brings expertise in cost valuation scripting, income capitalization rate modeling, and mass appraisal analytics. Brent holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Windsor and a Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE) designation from the International Association of Assessing Officers.
