One week after its largest investor released a public letter criticizing how management is operating Toronto-based Slate Office REIT, the trust has created a special committee to conduct a “comprehensive review of strategic alternatives.”
A 2010 update to the community plan for Aldergrove in Langley, B.C., is paying dividends today. The Metro Vancouver-area village will soon host a new Alder Grove Town Centre, and several light industrial projects, bringing new homes and new jobs.
