InterRent REIT agrees to $4B acquisition by CLV Group, GIC

InterRent REIT (IIP-UN-T), one of Canada’s largest multifamily housing owners, confirmed it has entered an agreement to be acquired by CLV Group and Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC in a deal which values the trust at about $4 billion.
