Kevric has secured one of the largest new leases in North America in 2024: CN will move its Montreal headquarters to the newly renovated 600 De La Gauchetière office tower, taking over 440,000 square feet over 18 floors.

Groupe HD, Kastello Immobilier and Société Financière Bourgie have formed a joint venture to acquire and redevelop the Fortier Ford commercial site in the Greater Montreal community of Anjou with a multi-tower project containing almost 1,000 new homes plus commercial space.
