Starlight Investments has announced the acquisition of two major apartment portfolios over the past several days, totalling 1,529 housing units in the Greater Toronto, Southern Ontario and Montreal areas.
The Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is likely to experience an oversupply of office space for the next 20 years, according to a new Altus Group Economic Consulting report titled Office Needs and Policy Direction in the GTA. The study was commissioned by the NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter.
