All closing conditions have been satisfied for Minto Apartment REIT's (MI-UN-T) going-private transaction with Crestpoint Real Estate Investments, with an expected transaction date of August 6. An affiliate of Crestpoint will acquire outstanding units for $18 cash per unit.
