UPDATED with comment from Oxford Properties: G2S2 Capital and its Armco Alberta subsidiary announced they have acquired one of Calgary’s trophy office assets, the 1.4-million-square-foot, four-tower Bow Valley Square.

Sienna Senior Living (SIA-T) is expanding into Alberta with an agreement to acquire four continuing care homes in the Calgary and Edmonton areas, as well as Fort Saskatchewan and Medicine Hat.
