NexLiving to acquire 991 Devcore apts. in stock, debt transaction

Halifax-based NexLiving Communities has entered an agreement with Gatineau, Que.'s Devcore to acquire a $224 million portfolio of 16 multifamily properties comprising 991 apartments. The all-stock transaction also involves assumption of mortgage debt by NexLiving.
