Cogir acquires Cadence, becomes top-25 U.S. seniors housing firm

With one acquisition, Quebec-based Cogir Real Estate’s senior living subsidiary has vaulted into the top-25 providers of seniors housing in the United States. The purchase of Cadence Living will give Cogir 60 properties in nine states.
