Fred Losani has been a part of the family-owned Losani Homes since 1985. The company was formed by his father, experienced builder John Losani, and older brother Lino in 1976. Fred holds an honours degree in business administration and also has a master drain layers’ license. In addition to their extensive knowledge of the construction business, Losani Homes and the Losani Family Foundation (founded in 2013) have been honoured with the most prestigious international industry award from the National Association of Home Builders. Losani received the 2017 Gold Award for Building Community Spirit at the North American gala held in Orlando, Florida.
