Completed in May 2025, the project was the first office product of its kind in Coquitlam—a bold move that paid off with a 100% pre-sale, a market-leading sales value, and zero defaults on closing.

With a sales launch in June 2021, Diagram was Cressey’s answer in response to the growing demand for high-quality, suburban office space that could serve a diverse range of professional and medical users.
