Kristy Shortall is Executive Vice-President of Development at Northcrest, a subsidiary of PSP Investments, where she is helping lead the redevelopment of YZD, the 370-acre former Downsview Airport lands in Toronto. A registered professional planner with more than 20 years of experience, she has overseen complex urban and rural development projects across Ontario. Kristy is Chair of the Urban Land Institute Toronto Chapter and Chair of the Toronto Region Board of Trade's Land Use Committee. She is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.
